Following Microsoft’s announcement to reduce support for Internet Explorer 11 even further, along with their recommendation to switch to Microsoft Edge, we, too, have now decided not to support this browser any longer. This was a conscious decision, on the one hand in order to protect you and your data, and on the other to ensure that we can implement new technologies that Internet Explorer 11 does not support.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
It is so easy to do! You have several different options for signing up to our JACK WOLFSKIN newsletter:
- You'll also find a subscription form which you can use to subscribe.
- You can also easily subscribe to the newsletter when entering a competition.
The full registration process is not complete at this step, however. In order to receive the newsletter, you must first click on the link you receive in the first email after successful registration in order to confirm.
When you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to our website and your successful registration will be confirmed.
You will then receive a welcome e-mail.
Why am I not receiving the newsletter any more?

If you find that you are not receiving the newsletter directly, this may be due to it being sent to your spam folder. Check if you can find the email there.
If you cannot find the newsletter in your spam folder, then feel free to get into contact with our customer service team.
How can I have a break from receiving the newsletter?
We are sorry to hear that you do not wish to receive our newsletter any more. Please keep in mind that if you opt out, you will no longer receive up-to-date information on our latest products and promotions.
If we cannot change your mind and you still wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, there are two ways to do it:
- Either you unsubscribe via the process featured in one of the newsletters that you have already received, or
- you get in touch with our customer service team.
If you request to unsubscribe with our customer service team, then please let us know why you wish to no longer receive the newsletter. We are always happy to receive feedback and would like to know what we can do better!
