Is it time for a change? If so, then we are looking for you to join our e-commerce department as SEM Manager (SEA & SEO) (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Idstein as soon as possible.
As part of the E-Commerce & Digital team, you will be responsible for important topics relating to our Jack Wolfskin online stores. In this dynamic environment, you will professionally coordinate the various requirements of the different specialist departments and external service providers - and thus contribute creatively, with strong implementation skills and vision to our joint success.

- You are responsible for SEM and are the internal contact person for all SEA and SEO topics
- You have experience with the Google Marketing Platform - especially with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio - as well as bid management tool knowledge
- Strategic and operational support and optimization of search engines (Google, Bing)
- Alignment and implementation of SEA measures, using tracking technologies and systems as a basis for the development of the SEM strategy and integration with other online channels
- Adaptation, development and prioritization of topics and functional areas in SEM according to strategic objectives as well as further development of operational processes and procedures
- Initiating and managing overarching and cross-functional SEM projects, particularly in the area of SEO (both technical and content)
- Identifying and implementing innovative topics and products in the area of SEM
- Operational SEA budget control and forecast calculation
- Independently setting up and providing analyses and reports for management
- Developing data-driven optimization proposals for e-commerce processes
- Creation of evaluations for ad hoc requests
- Monitoring and reporting of online marketing KPIs and deriving recommendations for action
- You understand the synergies of the individual Google products and can use them strategically and profitably for our company
Your DNA for Jack Wolfskin:
- Completed studies in the field of e-commerce / marketing / IT or comparable training
- In-depth experience in the use of online marketing and bid management tools in the area of SEA
- Very good knowledge of the relevant SEO analysis tools (Sistrix, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog or similar) is required
- Initial knowledge of performance display, social media, newslettering and affiliate desirable
- You have basic knowledge of the web technologies required for SEO (HTML, CSS) and content management systems
- Experience in web analytics and experience in the evaluation of A/B tests
- Enjoy working with numbers and have a very good technical understanding
- High level of responsibility, independent and structured way of working
- Team player, strong communicator and strong "hands-on" mentality
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
